
Born to a Canadian mother and a Greek father, I am deeply rooted in Montreal, where I was raised in a family of entrepreneurs. My maternal grandfather, a native of Outremont, instilled in me from an early age strong values of hard work, discipline, and long-term vision.
My professional career began in the hospitality industry, where I developed a genuine passion for customer service. This experience taught me how to truly understand people’s needs, anticipate expectations, and provide thoughtful, well-structured guidance.
I later took over the family business founded in 1952 by my maternal grandfather, becoming the third generation to lead it. Over the years, I developed distinctive techniques and built a niche market, positioning the company as a leading reference across North America in its industry.
For more than 10 years, this experience allowed me to sharpen key business skills, including negotiation, sales, strategic management, and problem-solving. In 2019, I made the decision to sell the company, which remains active today and in excellent hands.
